Nerd Abstract LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates NerdAbstract.com, the ACS Dispatch platform (acsdispatch.ai), the GrimStrike platform (grimstrike.gg), and associated e-commerce and creative services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you interact with any of our products, services, or websites.
1. Information We Collect
Account & Contact Information: When you register for our services, place an order, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, shipping address, and billing/payment information.
Platform Usage Data: When you use ACS Dispatch or GrimStrike, we collect usage analytics, feature interactions, and configuration data necessary to provide our services.
Social Media Data (ACS Dispatch): When businesses connect their social media accounts via ACS Dispatch, we access data from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger), Threads, TikTok, and Google Business Profile as authorized by the account owner. This includes page information, posts, comments, direct messages, reviews, user interactions, and engagement metrics accessed through each platform’s official API using OAuth tokens granted by the business owner.
Gaming Data (GrimStrike): When users participate in GrimStrike communities, we collect Discord user information (via Discord OAuth), submitted gameplay screenshots, game statistics, XP progression data, and community participation metrics.
E-Commerce Data: When you purchase physical products (props, apparel, merchandise), we collect shipping address, order details, and payment information processed through third-party payment processors.
Automatically Collected Information: We collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and page visit data to maintain security and improve our services.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to: provide, maintain, and improve our services across all divisions; process orders and ship physical products; provide AI-powered responses via ACS Dispatch services (chat, voice, social media, reviews); operate gaming community features via GrimStrike; communicate with you about your accounts, orders, or inquiries; analyze usage patterns to improve our products; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
3. AI-Generated Content
ACS Dispatch uses artificial intelligence (via OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate responses to social media comments, direct messages, reviews, and chat inquiries. AI-generated content is based on each business’s knowledge base and configuration. GrimStrike uses AI (via Google Gemini and OpenAI) for optical character recognition of gameplay screenshots. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.
4. Data from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger)
We access Meta platform data solely to provide social media management services requested by the business owner who authorized access. We do not sell Meta platform data to third parties. We do not use Meta data for advertising purposes. We do not share Meta data with data brokers. We access only data necessary to provide our services. Business owners can revoke access at any time through our dashboard or through their Meta account settings. Upon revocation or account deletion, we delete all associated Meta data within 30 days. Our use adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.
5. Data from TikTok
We access TikTok data solely to provide social media management services as authorized by the business owner. We do not sell TikTok data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide our services. Business owners can revoke access at any time. Our use complies with the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok API Terms.
6. Data from Threads
We access Threads data through the Threads API solely to provide social media management services. The same data protections that apply to Meta platform data (Section 4) apply to Threads data.
7. Data from Discord (GrimStrike)
GrimStrike accesses Discord user data through Discord OAuth for community features including user identification, server membership, and gaming account connections. We do not access private messages. We access only data necessary for gamification features. Users can disconnect at any time through their Discord application settings.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with:
- AI Service Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google for AI-powered features, subject to their data processing agreements.
- Communication Providers: Twilio (voice, SMS) and Resend (email) for delivering messages on behalf of businesses.
- Payment Processors: Stripe and Shopify for processing payments and orders.
- Shipping Partners: Carriers used to deliver physical products.
- Infrastructure Providers: Hosting and security service providers necessary to operate our platforms.
- Legal Compliance: Law enforcement or government agencies when required by law.
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), multi-factor authentication, access controls with role-based permissions, secure password storage, automated monitoring, and redundant infrastructure with automated backups.
10. Data Retention
We retain business account data for the duration of the active subscription plus 90 days. Social media data is retained while the business maintains their connected account; upon disconnection, data is deleted within 30 days. E-commerce order data is retained as required for tax and legal compliance. GrimStrike gaming data is retained while the user participates in connected communities. Backup copies are purged within 14 days of primary deletion.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Business owners can manage data through their dashboards. End users should contact the relevant business or community directly.
12. California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.
14. International Users
Our services are operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all websites, platforms, products, and services operated by Nerd Abstract LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including NerdAbstract.com, ACS Dispatch (acsdispatch.ai), GrimStrike (grimstrike.gg), and all associated e-commerce and creative services. By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Services
Nerd Abstract LLC operates four divisions:
- ACS Dispatch: AI-powered business automation platform with seven toggleable services (Chat Agent, Voice Agent, Social AI Engine, Review Manager, AI Lead Engine, Site Intelligence Engine, and Command Dashboard). Services may be toggled independently. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
- GrimStrike: Multi-tenant gamification platform for gaming Discord communities, providing screenshot-based mission tracking, XP progression, automated medals, and cross-game statistics.
- Creative Division: Custom 3D-printed props, cosplay items, helmets, masks, fantasy weapons, and resin figurines.
- Nerd Apparel: Apparel and merchandise including graphic tees, hoodies, hats, and accessories.
2. Account Registration
To use ACS Dispatch or GrimStrike, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind your business (for ACS Dispatch). GrimStrike users must be at least 13 years old.
3. Social Media Account Connections (ACS Dispatch)
The Social AI Engine and Review Manager require you to connect social media and review platform accounts via OAuth. By connecting your accounts, you: authorize us to access, read, and interact with your social media content as permitted by each platform’s API; authorize us to post content on your behalf; acknowledge you are the authorized administrator of connected accounts; agree to comply with each platform’s terms of service (Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Terms of Service, Google Terms of Service); and understand you can revoke access at any time through our dashboard or through the platform’s settings. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies.
4. AI-Generated Content
Our platforms use artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, and content. You acknowledge that: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and approving AI content before publication; if you enable auto-respond features, you accept full responsibility for automatically posted content; we are not liable for damages arising from AI-generated content posted to your accounts or platforms; and AI responses do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
5. Gaming Platform Usage (GrimStrike)
By using GrimStrike, you agree to: submit only genuine gameplay screenshots; not manipulate, forge, or falsify game data or screenshots; comply with the terms of service of connected gaming platforms and Discord; not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform; and accept that XP, medals, and rankings may be adjusted for fairness at our discretion.
6. E-Commerce & Physical Products
For purchases of physical products (props, apparel, merchandise): all prices are listed in USD; shipping times are estimates, not guarantees; standard items may be returned within 30 days in unused condition; custom commissions are non-refundable once production begins; props and cosplay items are decorative and not intended for use as actual weapons or protective equipment; and we are not liable for injury resulting from misuse of props or costume items.
7. Acceptable Use
Across all our services, you agree not to: use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes; violate third-party platform terms through your use of our services; upload malicious content, malware, or engage in phishing; attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data; generate spam, hate speech, harassment, or misleading content; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platforms; exceed reasonable usage limits or circumvent rate limiting; collect personal data in violation of privacy laws; or resell or redistribute our products without authorization.
8. Data Isolation (ACS Dispatch)
ACS Dispatch is a multi-tenant platform. Your data is logically isolated from other tenants through database-level security policies. We implement access controls and tenant-scoped authentication to ensure data separation. However, all tenants share the same infrastructure. We are not liable for data breaches caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, designs, 3D models, artwork, documentation, and branding across all Nerd Abstract divisions are our proprietary property, protected by copyright, patent (pending), trademark, and trade secret laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Custom commissions grant you a personal-use license for the physical item but not reproduction rights to the underlying 3D models or designs. You retain all rights to your own business content, knowledge base entries, and data uploaded to our platforms. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to provide our services.
10. Subscription & Billing (ACS Dispatch)
ACS Dispatch services are provided on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are established at subscription time. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Failure to maintain current payment may result in service suspension or termination.
11. Confidentiality
We treat your business data, knowledge base, AI configurations, and account information as confidential. We will not disclose your data to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, the accuracy of AI-generated content, or the safety of decorative props for any purpose beyond display.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerd Abstract LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nerd Abstract LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: your use of our services; AI-generated content posted to your accounts; your violation of these Terms; your violation of third-party rights or platform policies; misuse of physical products; or your violation of applicable laws.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate subscriptions with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate or suspend accounts immediately for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, we retain data for 90 days to allow for export, after which it is permanently deleted.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Clark County, Nevada.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will provide email notice for material changes.
